ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading civil infrastructure contractor in Wellington . This senior leadership role will be responsible for managing commercial performance, contracts, procurement, and risk across major infrastructure projects. Main Duties: Lead all commercial and financial aspects of the project. Manage monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance. Oversee project cost forecasting and cost code management. Administer and manage contractual obligations under a complex alliance agreement. Manage legal, insurance, and commercial risk matters across the project. Work closely with key alliance partners and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are achieved. Drive commercial governance, reporting, and performance management. Lead and mentor a team of approximately 8–10 professionals Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within civil infrastructure. Experience working in alliance or joint venture environments. Strong contract, procurement, and commercial risk management experience. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
