About the Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer looking to establish themselves within the highly specialised Owners Corporation sector. You'll take ownership of a diverse range of matters from commencement through to resolution, working closely with sophisticated clients while enjoying significant autonomy and support. The practice acts on a broad range of disputes and advisory matters, including building defects, debt recovery, compliance issues, licensing, leasing, subdivisions and general property-related matters. Offering direct client engagement, quality work and strong mentoring, this role provides an excellent platform to further develop your expertise and profile in a thriving niche area.
