This role suits a 5 year Senior Commercial Lawyer who is ready to take ownership of diverse commercial work, advising SME clients on a range of commercial transactions. Duties In this role you will: Advise on complex commercial transactions, including share and business sales and acquisitions Provide practical, risk-focused commercial advice Lead and support procurement processes and tenders Draft , review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts Advise on Australian Consumer Law matters, including consumer complaints and unfair terms Manage modern slavery compliance, statements, and risk assessments Skills & experience Ideally, you will have: 5 PAE advising on complex commercial matters, with strong expertise in commercial contracting and Australian Consumer Law highly regarded Exceptional drafting and advisory skills, with a keen eye for detail A self-starter with a proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and support junior level staff Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels Strategic thinker with well-developed commercial and critical analysis skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment About our client Our client is a well-regarded and established commercial law firm, known for attracting top legal talent and achieving consistent growth as a market leader across several key practice areas.
