About the Role Reporting to the Head of Workforce & People & Culture, you will provide accurate, timely and confidential support across a range of People & Culture functions, including: Employee onboarding and offboarding Employment contracts and employment changes Compliance tracking and workforce records management Recruitment administration Casual workforce coordination and roster support Return-to-work and workers compensation administration Reporting and workforce data management Supporting leaders and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries You will work closely with operational leaders, recruitment, payroll and centre teams to ensure workforce processes are efficient, compliant and employee-focused. What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have: ✔ Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Workforce Coordination, Rostering, Administration or a similar role ✔ Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Experience working with HR, payroll, rostering or recruitment systems ✔ The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment ✔ A professional, confidential and service-focused approach ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Desirable Qualifications Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education or a related field Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current driver's licence (desirable) Why Join Us?
