The Role Assessing and repairing wooden pallets using a range of power and hand tools Full training is provided! No need for extensive experience Manual Handing up to 10kgs General housekeeping Basic use of computer navigation systems Adhering to safety, health & environment policies, and procedures About You Willingness to work rotating shifts if/when needed Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and full medical/physical assessment Experience using hand/power tools including nail guns, ripsaws, grinders etc. Be reliable and physically fit A strong commitment to safety Excellent attendance and employment record Possess a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle What's in it for you A highly engaging, diverse, and inclusive team environment Ongoing opportunity with training provided Regular feedback and performance reviews Shifts: day/afternoon/night - flexibility for all would be highly regarded Pay Rates: Day shift $43.73 per hour, Afternoon shift $48.97 per hour, Night shift $52.47 per hour Start Date: ASAP, pending successful client interview and medical assessment (turnaround time 2-3 weeks to start date) Duration: Monday to Sunday day/ afternoon /night shift (Flexible full-time hours).
