Multiple roster options ( 8:6-7:7, 14:7, and 14:14) Full-time, permanent roles with competitive pay, allowances plus bonus Streamlined travel - fly in on nights, fly out on days FIFO, DIDO or Residential, across Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, Meekatharra & Cue A diverse underground fleet (Sandvik, CAT, Epiroc & Volvo) Modern camps with ensuite rooms, gyms and recreational facilities Company growth and investment in new equipment and site development Real career progression and ongoing OEM training THE ROLE Maintain and service underground mobile equipment Fault‑find and complete preventative and breakdown maintenance Follow maintenance schedules to minimise downtime Contribute to maintenance planning activities Liaise with contractors and site stakeholders as required WHAT DO I NEED Current WA C-Class Manual Driver's Licence Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant Trade Qualification Proven underground mining experience, ideally across Load & Haul equipment Experience on Sandvik, CAT, Epiroc and Volvo underground fleet (loaders, trucks, jumbos, long-hole drills, charge-up units) Strong fault-finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting capability Experience with CMMS systems (e.g. Pronto) - desirable Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as CAT ET or SIS - desirable Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Basic computer literacy across maintenance systems and MS Office Proactive, safety-focused mindset with a commitment to team outcomes THE WESTGOLD OFFER A range of benefits including: A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer Performance based bonus Group salary continuous insurance A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.
