This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with real estate experience who is looking for flexible working hours within a collaborative team and friendly environment. The Role Reporting directly to the Principal, this role is responsible for independently managing and executing the company's marketing initiatives across both the Sales and Property Management divisions. You will play a key role in maintaining the company's brand presence, supporting property campaigns, managing digital platforms, and ensuring all marketing activities are delivered to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Working independently to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across Sales and Property Management Reporting directly to the Principal and providing marketing support across the broader business Managing and maintaining social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profiles Updating and maintaining the company website through WordPress, ensuring content remains current and accurate Coordinating online property listings and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all advertising platforms Creating and producing marketing collateral including signboards, brochures, email campaigns and newsletters, presentations and letterbox distribution Assisting with the planning and execution of property marketing campaigns from launch through to completion Monitoring digital campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement, reach and lead generation Supporting the implementation of new marketing technologies, AI tools and business initiatives Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels Coordinating and delivering internal staff events, team functions and client networking opportunities Working closely with the Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team Skills & Experience Previous experience in a real estate marketing role or supporting a real estate sales team is essential Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Business Profiles and digital marketing best practices Experience using WordPress and updating website content Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar marketing platforms highly regarded What’s on Offer Flexible part-time hours Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to provide initiative and contribute meaningfully to brand growth Competitive remuneration based on experience 12-month maternity leave contract with opportunity to go permanent.
