The National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA) is seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead the delivery of nationally accredited hospitality and tourism training at Ayers Rock Resort. This is more than a training role. About the Role Reporting to the NITA leadership team, you will lead the delivery of: SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30125 Certificate III in Tourism This is a hands-on leadership position where you will: Lead, coach and support the NITA Training Team Deliver and assess accredited training programs Provide mentoring and support to Indigenous trainees Maintain high standards of training quality and learner outcomes Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements Manage assessment, student progression and training administration Build strong relationships across operational departments and stakeholders Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the NITA program This role requires a visible leader who is committed to creating positive outcomes for learners and supporting a culturally safe and inclusive learning environment. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Essential Requirements TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher) Certificate III or higher in Hospitality and/or Tourism Current and demonstrated hospitality and/or tourism industry experience (minimum 3 years) Proven experience working within a Registered Training Organization (RTO) Minimum 5 years' experience in training, education and people leadership roles Demonstrated experience leading teams in complex operational environments Strong training delivery and assessment experience Strong administrative, reporting and computer skills Experience using student management systems Highly Valued Experience working with Indigenous Australians and Indigenous youth Demonstrated cultural capability and sensitivity A genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve positive employment outcomes Why Join NITA?
