Senior Electrical Project Manager is required for a contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects. Your new company Hays is partnering with a global Tier 1 contractor, in energy management and automation, to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their rapidly growing Data Centre division.With a strong pipeline of mission-critical projects across NSW, this is a key opportunity to join a high-performing PMO delivering complex infrastructure within Tier 1 construction and live data centre environments. Your new role As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of integrated One Schneider solutions across multiple concurrent projects.You will be responsible for: Leading medium to large-scale, high-profile projects Managing programmes, budgets, risk, and commercial outcomes Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations Driving compliance with Schneider Electric governance frameworks Presenting to senior stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards This is a site-intensive position, working across Tier 1 construction sites and live operational data centres, with projects typically running 612 months.
