With sites ranging from 5-12 town homes, they have upcoming sites in Melbourne's west with a strong pipeline of work ahead of them, leading to this growth opportunity. Your new role With projects scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, as the Site Manager your duties will include Coordinate various trades and subcontractors to achieve an outcome, with sites being of both small development and wholesale of nature Report to internal stakeholders and advise on site progression and outcomes Manage and implement safe work practices across multiple stages of construction. Complete building progress reports, conduct site inductions for contractors and liaise with building managers on key milestones. What you'll need to succeed Trade base to call from is desirable. Proven experience in residential supervision experience is essential with medium density experience highly desired. Individuals with knowledge of construction reporting and processes will look favourable Team focused with a high drive to succeed and progress in your career High verbal and written skills are needed for this role.
