Change Manager contract opportunity Lead regulatory initiatives in a large Financial Services organisation Your new company We're seeking for an experienced Change Manager to join a leading financial services organisation and support a significant portfolio of regulatory and business transformation initiatives. Your new role This role will be aligned to key streams across Home Claims, Motor Claims and Regulatory Enablement, with a strong focus on regulatory initiatives, complaints management improvements and customer-focused process change. Working alongside an established Change team, you'll lead end-to-end change activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption strategies. You'll partner closely with business leaders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives that improve customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
