Your new role Managing the full project life cycle from planning through to delivery and close-out Delivering multiple concurrent electrical capital projects with strong control of safety, scope, cost, schedule and quality Planning and executing works within live operating environments, including shutdowns and constrained outage windows. Coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities Managing interfaces across multiple disciplines, contractors and vendors Maintaining robust project governance, reporting and documentation Supporting contractor engagement, performance management and contract administration Providing visible safety leadership and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures Ensuring projects are safely handed over with complete, accurate documentation and no residual risks What you'll need to succeed Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline Proven experience delivering projects across the full project life cycle Strong background delivering electrical-focused projects, including design, site execution and commissioning Experience in brownfield mining, heavy industry or asset-intensive environments Ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel Strong execution planning and contractor coordination capability High commitment to safety, quality and compliance Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Exposure to control systems, MCCs, DBs and fixed plant electrical infrastructure Experience with asset obsolescence management and life-extension projects What you'll get in return In return, youll be offered a site-based role on a FIFO or DIDO arrangement with a 5:2 roster, providing exposure to a varied and technically challenging capital portfolio.
