About the Role A rare opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Structural or Civil Engineer to join a small, specialist team on a full-time, permanent basis. Whether you are a recent graduate or an engineer with up to two to three years of post-graduate experience looking for a more interesting and varied environment - this role is worth a look. This is not a generic graduate program. From day one you will be working on real projects alongside experienced engineers and drafters, with direct access to senior leadership and genuine mentorship throughout.
