Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of sales experience, this role offers the chance to develop your skills, build your profile, and progress towards becoming a standalone Sales Agent. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain exposure to appraisals, listings, negotiations, buyer management, and business development while growing your own database and pipeline. Key responsibilities will include: • Daily prospecting including cold calling, door knocking and database management • Assisting with listing presentations, appraisals and vendor communication • Conducting open homes and buyer inspections • Following up buyer enquiries and assisting with negotiations • Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors and local clients • Supporting the lead agent while developing your own future listing pipeline The Company Our client is a well-established and reputable real estate office with a strong presence in the local market.
