End-to-End Sales Admin: Prepare high-end market proposals, pre-listing kits, and agency agreements. Request and thoroughly review sales contracts with solicitors. Auction & Event Operations: Prepare property files and bidding cards, manage the registration desk on auction nights, record bids, and coordinate seamless post-sale contract distribution. Database & Prospecting Support: Maintain a flawless CRM database, generate agent marketing materials (DL cards, results letters), and coordinate local canvas tracking.
