Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop paediatric services while providing expert clinical care. Supervise and mentor junior staff, medical students, and residents. Contribute to quality improvement, governance, and patient safety. Deliver culturally safe care and support research and education initiatives. Requirements Registration as a Specialist Paediatrician, or other relevant speciality, with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA). FRACP (Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians) or equivalent.
