Role Overview: In this role as a physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to paediatric patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conducting assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for paediatric patients with a variety of physical challenges and conditions. Delivering hands-on physiotherapy interventions, exercises, and treatments to children of all ages, from infants to adolescents. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure holistic care for patients. Participating in team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. Mentoring and providing guidance to students, AHAs and junior team members. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy. Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Experience or a keen interest in paediatric physiotherapy. A caring and compassionate nature and a love for children and play! Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
