Well established education sector is looking for a Service Desk Analyst Your new role The IT Service Desk Officer is responsible for the following tasks: Provide daily support, diagnosis & repair processes for the Student and Staff Notebook Computers and applications including Software related support. Provide daily support for Students with non-school supported (BYOD - MAC) Notebook Computers: attaching to Network, loading of required Software, Internet and E-mail access Provide daily MAC computer related field support to all Teaching Staff and Admin Staff as required Manage & maintain allocated Service Desk tickets Maintain & provide user support for Mac related Notebook Computers, Desktop computing & peripheral equipment Provide assistance with the installation and commissioning computer equipment and peripherals as directed including; iPads, Laptops (Mac and PC) Desktop Computers, Printers, and peripherals. Coordinate & provide daily support & repair processes, liaising with the on-site Technicians TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Understanding and excellent working knowledge / installation of full MS Office 365 Suite. O365 operation and deployment, including One-Drive. Provide support to MAC based Users Video Conferencing Assist with Teams Mobile Phone configuration and upgrades. Logging and documenting jobs within the GGS Service Desk ticketing system FreshService.
