Your new role Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join a busy and collaborative team.This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will play a key part in supporting accounts and operational functions across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Processing high-volume Accounts Payable invoices Managing invoice data with a high level of accuracy Performing detailed and consistent data entry Supporting workflow coordination across internal teams Using systems including Jonas Premier and internal workflow tools Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations This is a full-time role with early start/finish hours (7:00am 3:30pm), offering great work-life balance. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in an office manager role, preferably in Construction Strong attention to detail and data accuracy The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A proactive, team-focused mindset with a strong work ethic Highly desirable: Experience with Jonas Premier Exposure to construction or related industries Candidates from smaller, hands-on business environments who are adaptable and willing to contribute across multiple areas will be highly regarded.
