Your new role As a Solutions Architect, you will lead end-to-end solution design across complex enterprise environments, with a strong focus on Salesforce-led ecosystems and legacy modernisation. You will: Lead architecture design for large-scale transformation programs, including legacy-to-Salesforce integration Translate solution architecture into measurable business outcomes and articulate value to senior stakeholders Align solutions to enterprise architecture principles, business strategy, and technology roadmaps Design across core IT domains applications, platforms, data, integration, and automation Deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and workflow automation Provide cost-informed architectural decisions, assessing financial and commercial impacts Drive strong data modelling and information classification aligned to enterprise data standards Guide delivery across agile and waterfall environments, managing risks, opportunities, and technical debt Evaluate emerging technologies and apply them pragmatically to business outcomes What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise transformation programs Strong Salesforce architecture experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud essential) Deep expertise across enterprise IT domains (integration, data, platforms, applications) Commercial acumen with ability to balance technical excellence and business value. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability Experience in regulated environments highly regarded Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or similar Certifications such as Salesforce Architect pathways and/or TOGAF are highly desirable.
