About the Position: The ICT Project Manager plays a pivotal role at Mienterprise Pty Ltd by planning, organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating quality-accredited ICT projects related to our POS systems and integrations. This position is accountable for day-to-day project operations, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet client needs within timeframes and budgets, while supporting the company’s growth in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Key Responsibilities: Analysing information needs and specifying technology to meet those needs. Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies, and plans. Directing the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training. Directing ICT operations and setting priorities between system developments, maintenance, and operations. Overseeing the security of ICT systems. Managing project resourcing, scheduling, prioritisation, and task coordination to meet milestones, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated POS solutions. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Bachelor degree in ICT or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICT project management. Strong technical skills in POS systems, software/hardware integration, project management methodologies, and ICT security practices.
