Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Agency Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation based in Mandurah. This is a temporary 3–6 month contract offering a salary of $150,000 plus super (pro rata) for an experienced executive to provide strategic direction, strengthen governance, and lead the organisation through a period of transformation and commissioning readiness. This role is ideal for an experienced leader from the community services or not-for-profit sector who can work closely with the Board, drive organisational change, and build strong partnerships across government and the community. What you’ll be doing: Providing executive leadership and organisational stability Reporting to the Board and strengthening governance, policies, and operational frameworks Leading service model redesign and commissioning readiness initiatives Driving workforce capability, organisational change, and continuous improvement Improving data, reporting, and outcomes measurement Building partnerships with government, community organisations, and Aboriginal stakeholders Overseeing financial management, risk, compliance, and operational performance What you’ll need: Senior executive leadership experience reporting to a Board Strong background in the not-for-profit or community services sector Experience leading organisational change and service improvement Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and safeguarding Experience in homelessness, youth services, or crisis accommodation (highly regarded) Strong financial, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable) Current Australian Federal Police Clearance Current WA Working with Children Check Current Australian working rights Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence What’s in it for you: $150,000 super (pro rata) for a 3–6 month contract Opportunity to lead meaningful organisational change Work closely with the Board and senior stakeholders Make a lasting impact within a purpose-driven organisation Temporary executive opportunity based in Mandurah How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
