Business Analyst / Change Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Lead to join a major digital transformation initiative delivering business and technology change across the organisation. This hybrid role combines business analysis, Agile delivery coordination, and change management responsibilities. You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and business users to ensure solutions are successfully delivered, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile delivery processes, manage stakeholder engagement activities, and drive organisational change initiatives to maximise project outcomes and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand business needs and desired outcomes. Translate business requirements into actionable backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support solution design and ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams. Agile & Scrum Delivery Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. Promote Agile best practices and ensure adherence to agreed delivery processes. Manage and maintain product backlogs, ensuring work items are prioritised and ready for delivery. Coordinate change requests, backlog updates, and release planning activities. Track delivery progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Change Management Develop and execute change management activities to support successful solution adoption. Prepare and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans. Coordinate training activities and support end-user readiness initiatives. Identify and manage change impacts across affected business areas. Drive user adoption and support the transition of new processes and technologies into business operations. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Change Analyst, Change Lead, Scrum Master, or a similar hybrid delivery role. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills. Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies within project delivery environments. Demonstrated experience managing backlogs, priorities, and release coordination activities. Experience developing and delivering change management, communication, and training initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across both business and technical teams. Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile delivery tools.
