Technical Business Analyst About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation initiative delivering solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams, you will play a key role in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements. You will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, testable, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business needs and processes. Translate requirements into well-defined backlog items, including user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and complete. Support solution design discussions by providing business and functional analysis. Identify and document process improvements and optimisation opportunities. Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Scrum ceremonies. Define test scenarios and assist with test planning activities. Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements and acceptance criteria. Support defect management, issue resolution, and business readiness activities. Ensure documentation is maintained to a high standard and complies with governance requirements. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within technology delivery projects. Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills. Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and workshop management skills. Experience supporting testing activities, including defining test scenarios and validating outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
