With a strong reputation for service and product quality, the business is now investing in growth and looking to bring on a driven Territory Manager to expand its customer base and build long-term partnerships. This is a field-based Territory Manager role focused on driving new business while managing a portfolio of existing accounts. You'll be out on the road building relationships with restaurants, cafés, and foodservice operators, promoting the product range and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to have a direct impact on business growth. Description Proactively identify and win new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals Manage and grow existing customer accounts, driving repeat business and product expansion Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demos, and presentations Negotiate pricing, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across the hospitality sector Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends Maintain accurate records in CRM / ERP systems (incl.
