About the Role: This is a head office-based Compliance & Risk Coordinator position, working as part of a dedicated compliance team that supports both the residential sales and property management divisions. You'll play an important role in maintaining legislative compliance, reviewing documentation, supporting audits, managing risk, and ensuring the business continues to operate in line with industry requirements and best practice. Working closely with department leaders, you'll help drive consistency, accuracy, and compliance across multiple offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with legislation and processes, and takes pride in ensuring every detail is handled accurately. Key Requirements Previous experience in real estate administration, compliance or property management. Strong understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation. Excellent attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software.
