About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable Farmhand (Cattle Focus) to join a large, family-owned mixed farming operation spanning 24,000 acres in Bellata, NSW. This is a hands-on role primarily focused on cattle operations, with opportunities to assist in cropping activities during peak periods. Ideal for someone looking to build solid, long-term experience in livestock production within a supportive team. What You'll Be Doing Mustering and handling cattle (including cows with calves and bulls) Feeding livestock (hay, paddock feeding, feed mixer operations) Assisting with calving, branding, tagging, and vaccinations Monitoring livestock health and reporting issues Maintaining fences, water systems, and yards Operating farm machinery (quad bikes, tractors etc.) Record keeping and general farm support Assisting with cropping operations when required What We're Looking For Positive, practical attitude and strong work ethic Interest in livestock and animal welfare Ability to work independently and in a team Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Driver's Licence (essential) What's on Offer Work on a well-run, large-scale family operation Strong exposure to cattle systems and equipment Variety across livestock and cropping Supportive and professional team environment Accommodation available if required Apply Now Please submit your resume with valid references.
