This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll partner with key stakeholders and suppliers to shape and improve maintenance processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Description · Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across a large fleet to maximise uptime · Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely repairs and minimal disruption · Partner with internal teams and suppliers to identify and resolve maintenance needs · Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service · Track performance and report on asset availability, costs, and key KPIs · Conduct inspections to identify issues early and maintain asset reliability · Maintain accurate records, work orders, and maintenance documentation · Ensure all activities meet safety standards and regulatory requirements · Drive continuous improvement across maintenance processes and systems Profile A successful Maintenance Coordinator should have: · Proven experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or a similar role · Strong understanding of fleet, heavy equipment, or transport operations · Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities · Confident communicator, able to build relationships across teams and suppliers · Experience managing vendors and negotiating service outcomes · Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset · High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation · Experience using maintenance or asset management systems (MEX) · Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements within operations · Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting · A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement Job Offer Competitive salary package between $90,000 and $95,000 Super.
