About the Role As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational, clinical, and financial performance of the home. You will lead and support your team to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care while maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership for a 50-bed residential aged care home. Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional resident outcomes. Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements. Drive continuous quality improvement, clinical governance, and service excellence. Manage occupancy, budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Foster a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and resident-centred care. About You To be successful, you will have: Demonstrated experience managing a 50-bed (or similar-sized) residential aged care facility. Strong leadership and people management skills. Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements. Experience managing operational performance, budgets, and quality outcomes. Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills. A passion for delivering high-quality aged care and developing high-performing teams.
