About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents, families, and care teams. You will be responsible for clinical assessments, medication management, care planning, and ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents. Administer medications and perform clinical assessments. Develop and review resident care plans. Lead and support care staff on shift. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Promote best practice and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals. About You To be successful, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in residential aged care. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
