About the Role As the Facility Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, leading clinical, financial, compliance, and people performance. Working closely with your leadership team, you will foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational management of a 100-bed aged care home. Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident outcomes. Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements. Drive occupancy, financial performance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Mentor and develop department leaders to build a high-performing team. Manage budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance. Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. About You To be successful, you will have: Proven experience managing a 100 bed residential aged care facility . Strong operational, financial, and people leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading accreditation, clinical governance, and quality improvement. Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A passion for delivering exceptional resident care and building engaged teams.
