ABOUT THE ORGANISATION Mane Consulting is representing a New South Wales government department in their search for a Customer Engagement Project Officer - NSW Government, to join their growing team in Lismore on a 12-month contract basis. The department provide critical support to communities & individuals impacted by floods & other natural disasters, working in partnership with incident response and emergency services organisations across New South Wales. The organisation require somebody with strong administrative, communication and reporting skills to provide support across a variety of customer-facing projects. ABOUT THE ROLE Working on a hybrid basis, as a Customer Engagement Project Officer - NSW Government, you will perform a range of duties ranging from interacting directly with disaster-affected local residents to managing documentation, preparing detailed briefs and preparing high-quality reports and detailed departmental communications. You will organise and manage internal groups and committees to facilitate effective communication and collaboration amongst internal government stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for collating, monitoring and analysing datasets to support initiatives and decision making within the department.
