Job Description Our client is expanding its Information & Analytics Practice and seeking a Principal Consultant to lead strategic engagements across Federal Government and enterprise customers. This role delivers high impact consulting services across data strategy, information architecture, information governance and document/records management. You will guide senior stakeholders, shape transformation agendas and contribute to capability uplift across the practice. Duties and Responsibilities Lead strategic consulting engagements from initial assessment through to planning and execution Shape opportunities through early stage customer conversations and problem framing Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executives to influence data driven transformation Drive the sales cycle with the Practice Manager including qualification, proposals, estimation and pricing Mentor team members and contribute to capability uplift across the practice Evolve intellectual property and thought leadership across AI, data governance and information management Support the development of business cases, operating models, governance frameworks and technology enablement strategies Education/Certifications Required Extensive consulting experience within Federal Government Background in information management, data strategy or information architecture Experience delivering strategic engagements and advisory outcomes Knowledge/Skills Required Extensive experience in data strategy, information architecture, information governance and records management Experience designing data platforms including lakehouse and medallion architectures Experience with Azure/Fabric, AWS and SharePoint Knowledge of information governance and regulatory compliance practices Experience with governance and compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview Strong stakeholder engagement skills including executive level communication Ability to lead proposals, scoping and commercial qualification Strategic thinking, delivery leadership and commercial acumen Employment Benefits Work within a collaborative, mid sized consulting practice Exposure to diverse, high impact strategic engagements Career development within an ASX200 organisation Recognised Employer of Choice and Certified Great Place to Work Supportive team culture with strong mentoring and capability uplift Diversity and Inclusion We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
