We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact. As our Operational Insights Analyst, you will play an important role in helping shape the future of our Conciliation and Arbitration services. Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, you'll analyse data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights that help inform planning, decision making and service delivery. You will support and oversee development and refinement of operational reporting, dashboards and performance metrics, ensuring data products are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose. You'll also look for opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, helping the organisation make better use of data and information. We're looking for a highly analytical professional who enjoys uncovering trends and can turn complex data into clear and practical insights. Success in this role will come from your ability to build effective relationships, understand business needs and communicate findings in a way that supports action and decision-making at all levels of the organisation. Who we're looking for: To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience analysing operational data and providing insights that support informed decision-making and service improvement. Strong reporting and analytics capability, including developing dashboards, performance measures and data products. The ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into practical reporting solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of audiences. A proactive approach to improving processes, maintaining data quality and leveraging automation to drive efficiency.
