We're seeking a hands-on, operationally strong NDIS Manager to lead a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) service supporting people with high and complex needs. You'll play a key role in strengthening culture, improving service quality, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred support that enables them to live with dignity and independence. The Opportunity Reporting to the Operations Manager – SDA, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the service while leading a multidisciplinary team across nursing, disability support, allied health and hospitality. You'll be responsible for: Leading the daily operations of the SDA service Developing and supporting a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Disability Support Workers, Allied Health and Hospitality staff Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture Ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements and relevant legislation Managing workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance Overseeing operational budgets, KPIs and service outcomes Building strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders Driving continuous improvement initiatives across quality and service delivery Supporting residents to achieve the best possible quality of life About You You're an experienced operational leader who enjoys solving problems, leading from the front and creating high-quality services.
