About the Company This Builder/Developer is well known for delivering very high-end luxury residential projects and are a close-knit team delivering high-end projects that sell for a lot! This is a brand-new luxury project so it will be your site to run from start to finish. Duties: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including the coordination of trades, materials, and equipment Ensure project plans, schedules, and budgets are followed, and provide regular progress updates to supportive and hands on senior management Monitor and maintain safe work practices, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all site personnel Liaise with subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process Provide leadership and direction to the site team, including supervision, training, and performance management Manage and optimise site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency and productivity Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction supervisory role Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a deep understanding of relevant building codes and regulations - ideally in a Class 2 environment Excellent site management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, delegate effectively, and make informed decisions Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the site team Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures If you feel this is the job for you, please click apply or reach out to Alex Mitchell on 0449991120 or amitchell@bluestonerecruitment.com
