About the Position: The ICT Customer Support Officer plays a vital role within CMSN Group Pty Ltd by delivering high-quality technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems, software solutions, and digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Providing technical support and assistance to end-users. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and peripherals. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Providing training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices, security protocols, and the use of IT systems and applications. Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems. Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems. Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements. Installing and downloading appropriate software. Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment. Implementing computer networks, designing, and maintaining websites.
