This is an opportunity to work on a major transmission infrastructure project supporting Western Australia's growing energy network. With a 12-month project duration and ongoing opportunities across the Genus business, this role offers long-term stability and career progression. What's on offer Permanent full-time position 2:1 DIDO roster 10.5-hour days Major transmission and substation project Project vehicle provided for work-related purposes Strong pipeline of future projects across WA Supportive team environment with established systems and processes About the role Reporting to the Project Team, you will supervise electrical crews and oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Key responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews onsite Coordinate daily work activities and site resources Monitor progress, productivity, and quality outcomes Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project standards Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Support successful delivery of substation and transmission works About you Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor within substations, transmission, or major infrastructure projects Strong leadership and communication skills WA Electrical Licence Current Driver's Licence White Card Western Power project experience highly regarded If you're looking for a secure role on a significant WA infrastructure project with ongoing opportunities beyond project completion, we'd love to hear from you.
