This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager who is looking to step back into the workforce , achieve better work-life balance, or transition into a more flexible working arrangement without stepping away from a high-performing, well-supported environment. Key Highlights Part-time opportunity: 2–3 days per week (flexible arrangements considered) Role designed for two Senior Property Managers sharing a portfolio Outsourced ingoing PCRs, routine inspections, and leasing support Leading technology, systems, branding, and strong team culture Work-from-home flexibility available Competitive package Up to $85,000 p.a Fuel/Phone/Laptop (pro-rata / based on experience) About the Opportunity You will be responsible for managing a premium residential portfolio , supported by a highly experienced Assistant and centralised operational support functions. The structure is designed to ensure Property Managers are not overextended, allowing you to focus on service delivery and relationship management. Key responsibilities include: Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors Coordinating and managing maintenance requests efficiently Monitoring and managing rental arrears daily Bond lodgements and disposals Final bond inspections (with support provided) Ensuring a high standard of communication and client service About You Minimum 2 years’ experience managing your own portfolio A strong customer service focus with a professional, personable approach A genuine passion for Property Management Current Property Management or Sales Registration Valid WA Driver’s Licence This opportunity is best suited to someone who is confident in their experience but seeking a more balanced and flexible approach to work , while still remaining engaged in a high-performing agency environment.
