Your responsibilities will include: Clinical governance and patient safety (NSQHS) Workforce leadership, recruitment and retention Financial and operational management Service planning and continuous improvement Community and stakeholder engagement Oversight of nursing, administration and operational teams Leadership of a nurse-led primary healthcare clinic and selected community health services Participation in a shared on-call leadership roster The role is highly operational and would suit a leader who enjoys being visible, accessible and actively involved in supporting frontline healthcare delivery.
