We’re looking for a strategic, commercially sharp Senior Manager to help lead a high‑performing loyalty and rewards function at scale. As the 2IC to the Head of Loyalty & Partnerships, you’ll drive the evolution of a national membership program; designing loyalty architecture, optimising member value, leading partner strategy and delivering commercial growth. What you will do You’ll own the roadmap, steer the rewards ecosystem, and bring data‑driven thinking to every decision. It’s both a strategic and hands-on role where you will influence and collaborate with key senior stakeholders, and operate at pace across digital, product, data and commercial environments. Success looks like stronger member engagement, smarter partner performance, and a loyalty program that continues to scale.
