Job description Role Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join a major mining project kicking off at the end of July. This role requires someone who has worked on large‑scale mining projects and can confidently bring together multiple schedules into one cohesive, accurate and executive‑ready project plan. You will play a key role in driving project visibility, identifying risks early and supporting the leadership team with clear, data‑driven reporting. Benefits: 8/6 Roster from Perth, Brisbane or Darwin Work with a major Gold producer Long term project scope Essential Skills & Requirements: Proven experience on a major mining project with owners team background Strong capability in project scheduling and coordinating multiple vendor and owner schedules Ability to develop and maintain a total integrated project schedule Skilled in creating critical paths, identifying schedule risks and proposing recovery options Confident producing dashboard‑style reporting suitable for GM and executive review Team‑oriented, collaborative and verbally articulate Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines Duties & Responsibilities: Collate all vendor schedules and owners' team schedules into a single integrated project schedule Update the schedule monthly, ensuring dashboards and reporting are accurate, clear and executive‑ready Build and maintain the critical path, highlighting risks and slippages early Flag schedule risks to package owners and recommend recovery strategies Support project leadership with high‑quality schedule insights and progress reporting Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all project phases Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and communicate clearly across all levels How to apply: Click the apply button About our client: Leading global mining operator with a strong reputation for safety, innovation and sustainability, offering the opportunity to work at one of Australia's largest gold-producing sites.
