ABOUT THE ROLE This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking to build their career in client-side project management. Working closely with Senior Project Managers, you'll assist in delivering refurbishment, fit out and capital works projects across leading tertiary education campuses throughout Sydney. You'll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to design management, construction delivery and project completion. DUTIES Assist in the delivery of tertiary education capital works projects Support procurement, consultant engagement and tender processes Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders Assist with contract administration, reporting and project documentation Monitor project programmes, budgets and key milestones Attend site meetings and support successful project delivery SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar 1-3 years' local construction or client-side project experience Experience on fit out, refurbishment or capital works projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Well organised with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn CULTURE This boutique consultancy is known for investing in its people.
