Now, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Service / Car Park Monitoring Officer who takes pride in delivering a professional service that’s fair, calm and consistent. About the Role: This is more than just monitoring parking — it’s about providing peace of mind for our clients by making sure their car parks are being used properly. You’ll be: Being the professional face of PriPark to clients and members of the public Travelling between multiple Gold Coast sites each day (vehicle allowance paid) Issuing parking permits to tenants etc Monitoring car park usage and issuing notices when required Taking clear photo records and logging accurate app-based reports Applying guidelines fairly and consistently to encourage long-term compliance Occasionally assisting with signage installations and basic site upkeep This role suits someone who: Enjoys autonomy and taking ownership of their work Has great initiative and stays calm Can absorb and apply different guidelines across different sites Is outcome-focused and diplomatic in approach (not heavy-handed) Is well-presented, reliable and respectful in all interactions What you’ll need: A current driver’s licence Gold Coast Based Good physical fitness (there’s a bit of walking!)
