What You’ll Do Based at Blacktown, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. You’ll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of 11, including 5 dedicated Occupational Therapists, in a space designed to help you thrive. Our Blacktown team brings a unique energy, one that’s grounded in local community impact, strong clinical support and genuine team camaraderie. You’ll work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create. You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development. Why Better Rehab?
