Make a real difference in your local community! We’re urgently looking for compassionate Disability Community Support Workers living in the Sutherland Region . In this rewarding role, you'll provide support to clients, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community. You'll provide ongoing assistance, monitor clients' wellbeing, and respond promptly to their care needs. What You’ll Be Doing Provide general domestic assistance, including light housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized home. Assist with transportation to appointments, social activities, and community outings. Support with grocery shopping, errands, and purchasing household essentials. Offer friendly, respectful, and person-centered support while promoting independence.
