Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders • Build and manage semantic models to support self-service analytics • Manage source files in GitHub and maintain version control for all changes • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions • Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity across data pipelines • Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing reporting processes Required Skills & Experience Power BI & Reporting • Proven experience building Power BI reports and dashboards in a professional setting • Strong understanding of DAX and Power Query (M language) • Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly visualizations for varied audiences Semantic Modeling • Experience building and managing semantic models / tabular models • Understanding of star schema, fact/dimension tables, and data modeling best practices • Ability to optimize models for performance and maintainability • Proficient in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data Desirable Skills • Experience with data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) is a plus • Experience with version control tools such as Git Work Arrangement: Home-based Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Internet Requirement: At least 20 Mbps internet connection Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
