Social, Digital & PR Specialist We're working exclusively with a well-regarded Australian menswear brand to find a Social, Digital & PR Specialist to join their Brand and Marketing team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in their Sydney support office — a genuine opportunity to own the brand's presence across both earned and owned channels. The business has a strong identity, loyal customer base and clear seasonal campaign structure. They need someone who can bring the same level of craft to a press pitch as they do to a TikTok — and who knows how to connect the dots between content, media relationships and performance data. What you'll be doing Social Media Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned to seasonal campaigns and brand priorities Own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms Create and publish platform-native content — Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels — that drives reach and engagement Manage influencer and content budgets, and publishing tools for efficiency Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity and storytelling across all channels Manage day-to-day community engagement across comments and DMs Earned Media & PR Secure digital PR placements in collaboration with the digital marketing team to support SEO/GEO rankings Identify, negotiate and manage influencer partnerships to support affiliate marketing, digital content and search visibility Manage day-to-day PR activities — media contact database, press samples, shoot loans, product seeding, VIP and celebrity dressing requests Support the Head of Marketing with event production, VIP and stylist relationship management Track and report on PR performance including coverage quality, reach, AVE and sentiment Content Creation & Influencer Management Produce high-quality imagery, short-form video and copy for social and PR-led storytelling Translate brand, product and campaign narratives into engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Brief, manage and report on influencer campaigns — tracking reach, engagement and content performance Oversee influencer gifting, approvals and budget management Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration Analyse social and campaign performance using platform analytics tools and optimise based on results Monitor trends, emerging formats and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant Collaborate with creative, retail, product and eCommerce teams to align activity with business goals Support senior stakeholders with campaign planning, reporting and strategic communications What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in social media and/or PR for a consumer-facing brand — fashion or lifestyle preferred Strong hands-on content creation skills across photo, video and copy Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end Established media, stylist and influencer relationships in the Australian market Data-literate — comfortable interpreting platform analytics and PR metrics and acting on them Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred If this sounds like something you could be interested in, reach out to dylan@talentdrecruitment.com.au
