We're seeking an experienced Purchasing Advisor to join a large, collaborative organisation and support the delivery of procurement and purchasing services across a diverse portfolio of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who enjoys working with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver value, efficiency, and strong commercial outcomes. As the Purchasing Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting procurement operations, supplier management, strategic sourcing, and purchasing administration activities. Key Responsibilities Purchase goods, materials, equipment, and services Manage supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement Source quotations and support tender activities Review and approve procurement requests and purchase orders Conduct spend analysis and prepare procurement reports Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities Monitor supplier performance and delivery outcomes Maintain procurement records within SAP MM and SRM systems Provide support and guidance on procurement processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives About You Previous experience in procurement or purchasing within a large organisation Strong experience using SAP MM and electronic procurement systems (SRM highly regarded) Demonstrated supplier management and sourcing experience Strong negotiation and commercial acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer?
