This hands-on role is ideal for two people who enjoy physical work, is confident using machinery and power tools, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and productive worksite. You'll work alongside experienced civil professionals and gain valuable industry skills through on-the-job training and development. Key Responsibilities Assist with pipe laying and drainage works while learning valuable on-site skills. Support material handling, loading, and unloading operations Maintain a safe, clean, and organised worksite Be part of a hands-on team environment with opportunities to learn and grow. What We’re Looking For Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on outdoor environment. Experience on civil construction sites and using power tools. Previous labouring experience is advantageous. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
